Job Description

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mindIn this role, youll work to resolve customer issues via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging as well as other nonverbal platforms. Whether it s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one

Youll report to Team Lead. You ll contribute to the success of the customer experience as well as the overall success of the team.

During a Typical Day, You ll

Answer incoming communications from customers
Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only

What You Bring to the Role

1 year or more customer service experience Freshers welcome to apply
Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling

Salary doesn't get credited early when the data is already collected every month of 25th Every one depends on salary atleast it should be done before 5th date of the month. For me 5th date of each month is deadline day for all payments. This is very dissatisfing service when we do work ontime and such delay is not acceptable. Specially, for this month it's already 4th and not yet credited.
