What You'll be Doing


Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? In this role, youll will act as the customers' first point of contact, ensuring their experience is delightful and productive. You will demonstrate confidence in making quick, accurate decisions, using independent judgment to address unfamiliar customer needs.


Building and maintaining great customer relationships will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, along with determining when inquiries should be escalated.


Your goal will be to provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues, exceeding customer satisfaction goals.


During a Typical Day, Youll


  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Connect and resolve issues with customers using via verbal & written communication

Role & responsibilities


  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently by escalating issues when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets set for first call resolution rate, handle time, abandoned calls, etc.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.


Preferred candidate profile

  • 1 year or more of related customer service experience in banking, financial or account management processes.
  • Minimum HSC passing certificate required preferred experience candidates from fintech background
  • Great English written & verbal communication skills including grammar and spelling
  • Monthly CTC between INR 30,000 - 41,000 with additional performance bonus opportunities
  • Must be able to work on a rotating schedule and weekends/holidays if needed.

Salary doesn't get credited early when the data is already collected every month of 25th Every one depends on salary atleast it should be done before 5th date of the month. For me 5th date of each month is deadline day for all payments. This is very dissatisfing service when we do work ontime and such delay is not acceptable. Specially, for this month it's already 4th and not yet credited.
