My experience with TTEC is very bad or it's my luck I don't know, they told me to resign in 2nd week of joining. I joined and completed 1 week training (5days technically as Sat, Sun off). I started main work, then they told you cannot continue, there were 4 others with me and they told same to them also. The reason they told that there is no production, no projects and also there is a recession now in US(America) we are taking this step....Read More
No job security and they don't keep there word. All good words on paper/PDF only but when time comes no one will support you not colleagues, not HR/TL. No employee should face this as its mentally very disturbing.

IN Ttec you don't have job security and they have not mercy to remove you from Company. On one given day they can pull you in the call and tell you that today is your last working day. NO ETHICS nothing and they will not let you to meet with your colleagues.

No salary hikes even year, no any US or any of the Indian holiday off are given. Only fixed 2 day week off is given. However this is the only company where you can take many leaves, they do not hesitate to give you leave to go home or support your family. So it is the best part of the company.

The only thing I liked was the training phase Karuna was a great trainer along with Nikita and Indranil Ghosh.
Work culture is pathetic. You are mainly promoted on the basis of how well you can have a rapo with your current TL and manager. The other thing is in Airbnb Process the manager as well as tl's are prevert and only look to promote people who are willing to negotiate with them in some other way

The only good part is that they provide work from home opportunity.
Each and everything. 1. Leave Policy: They don't even provide sick leaves. When asked, manager gives lame excuses like there isn't enough staffing, etc. 2. Favoritism: Favorites of manager only gets to grow. You will not be promoted even if you perform well, only favorites will get the opportunity even though they don't deserve it. 3. Unreasonable target: They provide targets that are unreasonable. Don't even dare to logout before achieving target, else you will be called and asked to complete target by logging in again. 4. Salary and benefits: Very poor salary structure. Even the incentive structure is also poor. 5. Irresponsible and uncooperative leads and higher authority: Manager and leads don't pickup calls. THE MOST TOXIC OFFICE IN AHMEDABAD... MANAGERS AND TEAM LEADS DO MENTAL HARASSMENT/RAGGING TO THOSE WHO DO NOT GO BY THEIR LOBBY OR INTERNAL BAD POLITICS.... DURING THE TRAINING, THEY SHOWCASE THEMSELVES TO BE THE BEST ORGANIZATION. BUT, ON THE INSIDE IT'S JUST THE OPPOSITE. THEY HAVE THIS (HARD TOKEN) CALLED PING ID. WHICH THEY WILL MAKE THEM INSTALL IN THE PHONES OF THE JOINEES ON THE VERY FIRST DAY BY DAYING THAT IT IS USED TO LOGIN WHEN/IF YOU LOOSE THE REAL DEVICE. HOWEVER, UPON INSTALLING THAT THEY ACTUALLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE GALLARY OF THE PHONE, CALLS CAN BE BARGED. HENCE, THEY TEND TO USE IT IN SOME MEANS. THEIR IS THIS MR. TRAINING SUPERVISOR (MR. VISHAL MISTRY) RETIRED FROM THE AIR FORCE, STILL THINKS HIM TO BE IN THE AIR FORCE UNIT"NOT IN AN CORPORATE OFFICE" DESPITE HELPING SOMEONE WHO IS MORE FIT AND ELIGIBLE FOR SUCH CERTAIN PROCESS ASKS TO RESIGN AND LEAVE MENTIONING THAT "YOU ARE AN OUTSIDER. YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING , NOTHING WILL HAPPEN EVEN IF YOU COMPLAIN." HR SYSTEM LOOKS THE SAME.
