I liked working in TTEC, it was one of the best work environment I have ever worked. Unfortunately I have to resign due to family issues otherwise I would have spent a good amount of time working there. There were some issues but there were minor as compared to positives.

This company is a monster. They (Mr. Bharat and his HRs) are not upfront about their intentions of "hiring you at the least possible salary". They waste your time conduction interviews and tests, and in the end just before the offer letter is to be issued, they trap you in a situation of "take it or leave it" by changing all the terms and conditions in order to drastically reduce the salary. I was well aware of the company politics that go on within this company, the opposite gender partiality of the male managers in terms of promotions and incentives but I couldn't imagine it was this degraded. I already experienced this all even before joining the company, I can only wonder how filthy it could have been after joining the company. Take my advice, as a fresher who doesn't understand cheap office politics and only intends to work with his best efforts and be rewarded for the same, DON NOT APPLY FOR THIS FRAUD COMPANY....Read More

Filled with wokes, leftists who try to influence and force their ideology. Only 45 min breaks.. in which you are expected to save 15min for end of shift. HR will never take initiative to meet employees.

Dislikes

First company where political ideology is propagated. Abuses made to the PM and.. leftists are praised. Bullying and groupism is encouraged during training. The Trainer, TL and mentors all speak rudely and often pick up tiffs with trainees.
