Working with TSS improved my ability to adapt difficult environment and gave me additional client handling and problem solving abilities. The responsibilities and duties provided me the strength and fortitude to face any challenges and further my exploration in BFSI field. 'You wouldn't realize your full potential until you had the courage to take on new challenges'

Dislikes

Work culture is not that good particularly for dedicated resources. Tasks provided did not complete within working hours and there was no shift allowance.

Work timings are not followed. In time is fixed but out time is not fixed.

The job is intresting. Initially it was bit challenging to adapt the work flow. But later it was great experience to work. Learned many new things and use of technology. And overall experience was great.

Lots of opprtunities to grab for career growth. Company policies for reimbursements and appraisals are good. Receive fair salary hike every year.

Work life balance is not good. The amount of work is too high, leading to improper work life balance.

Lots of learnings and opportunities throughout the career. I got a chance to play multiple roles and hence receive lots of knowledge.
