No work Life balance , They don't even care about your on leave they directly call you and give some work or pull you in a long meeting. Horrible culture they follow in organization. No weekend off initially they will tell that you have to work on one Saturday in a month but after sometime you have to come at all Saturday.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Its a great a good company for freshers who are just about to explore co-operate world.

Dislikes

Work life balance is zero, you are asked to work overtime without giving incentives. If you are contributing in office hours you are considering less assest to company as they want you to work anytime flexible as per them and also complete their 9 hours shift and work beyond but with no extra pay for those hour to consider yourself a assest for company.
