HR just organizes lame events ...

The workplace buzzes with positivity, largely thanks to the people's approach and attitude. Transparency is the norm here, and thankfully, I haven't encountered any office policies. The company's compensation stands tall among top players in the IT industry. Plus; the leadership, particularly at the top, is impressively skilled and efficient. It's the best to begin a career.

Being working at the project location doesn't quite suite me. So, I would count it as a con side for me.

Working closely with top leadership is like having a front-row seat to insight and it feels pretty special. Being in this role means getting to engage with respected clients in the industry, which is pretty advantageous. And here's the exciting part, there's no cap on growth for those who seize the chances and opportunities that come their way. The seniors are approachable, and supportive and given proper time to everyone in the team and guide us. Everyone is open-minded and dedicated to their work. The management also arranges regular events and activities for us to socialize and bond beyond work. Overall, it is a wonderful place to work.
