TRUSPEQ - SAP Consultant - Cloud Integration Solutions (4-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, plan, design, and implement SAP Cloud Integration solutions to meet performance, security, and usability requirements.

- Develop custom integration flows (iFlows), Groovy scripts, XSLT mappings, and use different Palette functions to implement business processes.

- Act as the primary point of contact for design, development, and delivery of SAP Cloud Integration projects.

- Support the integration of SAP HR and SuccessFactors applications using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).

- Work with various adapters such as SuccessFactors, SOAP, SFTP, OData, HTTP, Process Direct, IDoc, and more for cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-prem integrations.

- Coordinate with the development team, product owners, and subject matter experts to deliver solutions that meet strategic, usability, and performance goals.

- Ensure compliance with best practice guidelines for SAP Cloud Integration, including transport management, security, and system configuration.

- Collaborate with the business to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications and high-quality technical solutions.

- Conduct system testing and validation, ensuring the delivered solutions meet business and technical requirements.

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure requirements are understood and project goals are achieved.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP Cloud Integration processes and solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum of 4+ years in integrating applications using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), with hands-on experience in SuccessFactors integration.

- Experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and other relevant SAP Cloud and on-prem systems.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Groovy scripting, XSLT mapping, CPI Palette functions, and adapters such as SOAP, SFTP, OData, and IDoc.

- Proven experience in integrating on-premises and cloud-based applications using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).

- Familiarity with SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions, Cloud Connectors, and transport mechanisms in SAP CPI.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with clients, business teams, and project stakeholders
