Salary on time, Company didn't make pressure to complete the tasks on time. They give you free hand to implement the things which can make application better also company give you better appraisal as per market standards.

Dislikes

Company didn't provide WFH at any cost. Job security is also a concern here. Company didn't provide any extra perks and benifits only salary you will get, nothing to motivate employees.

Companies environment and working culture is too good. You can easily grow your skill as there are always new things to learn. As I remember when I join this company I have very basic programming skills but after some time I got so many challenges to learn and implement things. Trivial works help me to gain knowledge.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
