Company was having a known client base. CWG'10 was among them. Supportive and understanding teammates. It was always open to innovations. One plus point is that there is no hindrances to meet to senior most person in the company.

Dislikes

Work pressure is too high. Management is inconsiderate about this and no motivation. I do received appreciation from my clients and teammates but never from them. Discriminating compensation policy. Also there is no training process for the new recruits and this is also a time taking process for senior employees like me.

Work Details

Challenging and hectic as i have to manage the process on my own any how. Repetitive sometimes. Discrimination in profiles. Hoping to get my recognized for all these efforts sometimes.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
