This Trigent companies posting job openings on Naukri for senior technical support roles, only to offer candidates positions in customer service instead. This reflects a misunderstanding or disregard for the specific skills and qualifications required for technical roles. It's not only misleading but also a waste of time for candidates who apply in good faith, expecting a position aligned with their expertise. Moreover, after rejecting their offer, I've experienced persistent follow-up calls, which adds to the frustration. This kind of practice is not professional and can be considered harassment. I'm planning to file a formal complaint against this company with the National Consumer Forum, as I believe it's essential to hold employers accountable for misleading job postings and unethical recruitment practices. I have gathered evidence of these interactions, including job postings, communication records, and the nature of the roles offered, which clearly demonstrate a mismatch between advertised positions and the actual offers made. Candidates should be treated with respect and transparency during the recruitment process, and companies should clearly define the roles they are hiring for.
