I would strongly advise against joining this company as a recruiter or HR professional. They lack basic work ethics and discipline. The managers, particularly at the mid-level, are incompetent and undeserving of their positions, often lacking any real understanding of recruitment. Instead of focusing on their actual responsibilities, they waste time with unnecessary stand-up meetings, where they shift the blame for missed targets without acknowledging their own failures or shortcomings. My manager, who was promoted from a BPO background to manage the recruiting team, is an example of this mismanagement. The company is rife with office politics, where favoritism and biased treatment are common, especially towards those who receive special attention from higher-ups.
The company makes your resignation difficult, withholding key information about their policies until after you join. Their Leave of Absence (LOP) policy is harsh: if you miss a single day's target, you'll be penalized with a full day of LOP, and arriving even a minute late results in a salary deduction, even if you've worked a full 9-hour day. Additionally, most leave requests are automatically deducted by the HR team for minor infractions, like being just one minute late.
The office itself is in a government building, and the conditions, including the toilets, are subpar at best. Management is verbally abusive, shouting at employees and mentally harassing them over missed targets, even if those targets are unrealistic and unattainable. Interview was for HR role and obviously HR will take the interview and out of all boys no one got selected for 2nd round he shortlisted only girls and he shortlisted a b.sc microbiology girl instead of a guy having 2 internships
worst HR he will be wearing specs
in my life so far this will be the worst interview.
