The company is giving training on latest technology. All team members are friendly and supportive. I got chance to work on live project in which I learn the concepts more in deep. Company environment is very good.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. The company does not like anything and politics is played in every way

Dislikes

In the company, especially in the java department, politics is played in every way and there is no answer and nothing is done and it is a useless company. If tenning is not done, there is nothing wrong and all the positions in the company are politics, so it is a completely useless company.

You can do anything here, Good environment for moon lightening.

When you will leave the company they will ask money from you. During joining they will take blank cheque from you and they will deposit it when you will leave the company. If you take appraisal then you are in bond for 6 months. If you leave early again return money.
