Opportunities to learn and experiment on all that you want. A great place to learn new technologies and improve your skills. Also the management is very friendly and understanding.

Dislikes

There's nothing as such because what we thought is not a good thing sometimes ends up teaching us something invaluable. The only issue one might face is due to their own incompetence as here people are friendly and listens to all the issues that an employee faces. So, things will be bad only for those who won't speak up about their problems.

work culture is good, seniors are helpful and you will get a lot of things to learn and develop your skills

management is worse, company policies keep changing to favor management, no job security, Saturday is working, heavy workload, poor work-life balance, no compensation for extra work. salary will get cut if they are facing a financial crisis or something like a pandemic.
