Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Nothing that I like. This is worst nightmare of my life.

They sign a year bond with conditions like whenever manager calls you must come to work like he may call you at 1 AM and you should come (this has happened). You cannot discuss your salary with your colleagues it's a crime here! Salary is all the time delayed and you will not get your first month salary. For new joinee it is like working for free for almost 3 months. Working hours is mostly like 10hours a day on average. During ending project you just cannot go to Home to even sleep. You keep working on your computer day night almost 24 hours and get around 3 hours sleep in corner of the office and again back to work. No OT, No meals(even during 24hour work), only a tea per day. Team Outing is luxury, never expect from this company. Employees who just sit all day and all night are appreciated and those who work quick and finish in time are burdened with others pending work. This is insider truth. The company works on reverse modelling with point cloud for every project, you just need to use software and model it into 3D. No need of any engineer here....Read More

Every month salary goes on a particular date. If any of your salary is pending please reach out to us. As we don't think you have worked for free for 3 months. No company gives you assurance of three time meals. And food, tea or any break is depends on employee expenditure. We are sure you were not part of the company for more than 1 year. Or else you would have been part of annual team outing as well. And your last comment shows how much knowledge you have about industry and related work. All your comment shows about your work ethic. Where more than work you had joined (If you had) the company for food, Outing, Tea, and project that you want to work on. All the best for your future.
