Almost everything. There is no job security at all. They ask you to leave the company without bay reason and with silly excuses. Main boss is very pathetic and biased. No work life balance. Toxic environment for employees. Very unsafe environment for female employees. There are no policies. There is no planning for workload distribution. Do not treat employees properly.
