Alot of office politics, Favouritism is there. No big projects. Coward, incapable, egoistic, self obsessed Managers like Hitesh and other management leaders have ruined prestigious projects of the company. There is no vision, roadmap they have of their own. They took 3 rounds of interview in managerial round they said you are good from my side and after some time when called again to the person said like not selected They are simply wasting peoples time very worst company. No One ever give interview here just a waste of time.

Dislikes

They have only clients projects, not much inhouse. So incase client is out, may need to sit on bench for long periods. And it hinders the learning and then arises insecurity about job.
