Flexible timing you can manage work life balance only when you do work from home. One can get good job security here. You can get more works in to do list so no need to worry about sitting idle or in bench.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Most of the features will be non groomed till development team complete the development. Requirement for the feature changes everyday so that you can't met the deadline and blamed for the delay on delivery. Company tied up with vendors who gave good salary for the contract workers compare to you work here as a permanent employee.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
