Dislikes

Roles and responsibilities are not in alignment with the job description No proper hikes, won’t identify your full potential. Management need to understand candidates expectations and experience before hiring for a role rather than placing them in wrong positions. This puts both management and the candidate at unprecedented risk of losing themselves

Work Details

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
