Overall work culture is good. There is job security. Many new things to learn. No One can tell that peoples or management or HR Policies are bad. Good growth oppurtunity for freshers. I would rate the company as 9.9 out of 10.

Nothing like that. Yes sometimes or very less often there is work pressure which is common for each and every company that does not matter.

No work life balance.. if you're ready to work like slave the join this company.. Their company rules vary from individual to individual... mangers will talk of professionalism but themselves dont know it.. they ask us to do the copy paste work.. only favorites get all hike and increment.. even the HR behave very rudely once you join the company.. they will keep saying go to manager and manager will say go to HR and your problem will never be solved.. the only learning is what kind of person and professional I don't want to grow in.. join the organization at your own risk.. it's more bad then politics outside. There is a great opportunity for career growth in the company and you can learn many new things while you are working. Very helpful and cooperative seniors, but only if you consider then seniors.

Work pressure is high, but it is affordable as in future it will be of great help.
