From day 1 they ask you to sit on desk and work without any single hour of training(shows company repo they just need labor not skilled employees), too long working hours normally 10-11 hours daily Managers are not professional specifically in PMR. Lot of internal politics they are not supportive for newly join employees Employee retention is very high Everybody is ding same work from Associate Consultant to any position Company doesn't ask of your education qualification for them B.A =B.Com=B.Pharma=MBA everyone is equal because they all have ti do the same work and if you are not good in content writing please don't join u need to write 3-4 article everyday company don't have the resources for primary research Plagiarism should not be there not even 1% but the reference articles have plagiarized around 10-15% which has been published waaoooo Company will hire you on the name of Futuremarketinsights but when you got offer letter it would be different you need to work in their sister companies for more than 300 employees only 2 washrooms without exhaust canteen is like tapri if anybody is thinking to join please consider this otherwise you will also left the job within a week or month and loose some better opportunities i got placement from college and left due to these many reasons and now i am debarted form college placement so think twicw thrice before you join...Read More
