There is no management here, only 1 person is doing everything and scolding everybody for very small mistakes, people used to resign very frequently because of the bad behaviour of the manager and he used to always threaten the people by saying that he will fire you. HR also is helpless in this case, she used to say please manage with this manager because he is from the past 25 years in this company, and yes there is only 1 manager who is doing all this torcher to the people and nobody can do anything, I recommend not to join this company.
