There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2years

The plus point about Transdyne is the flexibility it gives in terms of place of work and time of work to its employees. Not to mention the teammates and manager I worked under are wonderful and are very supportive.

...is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Cafeteria is not available. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There is no management here, only 1 person is doing everything and scolding everybody for very small mistakes, people used to resign very frequently because of the bad behaviour of the manager and he used to always threaten the people by saying that he will fire you. HR also is helpless in this case, she used to say please manage with this manager because he is from the past 25 years in this company, and yes there is only 1 manager who is doing all this torcher to the people and nobody can do anything, I recommend not to join this company. Also there is Saturday working in this company the biggest cons.
