Training is one of the best. The only problem is salary is very low as compared to other companies. Incentive schemes are the worst.

likes: Good work culture. Not a challenging job. Training provided and accordingly candidates are placed according to their knowledge and merit.

Dislikes

dislikes: Excessive work load. No learning only doing same manual labor on daily basis.

Work Details

Long staying at the office due to amount of work needed to be delivered could not be finished with in stipulated office timing time. We have to finish our alloted work for the day no matter how much time we have to work spend.

The plus point about Transdyne is the flexibility it gives in terms of place of work and time of work to its employees. Not to mention the teammates and manager I worked under are wonderful and are very supportive.

Dislikes

There's is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Cafeteria is not available. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as I had no formal training, which was given by the company itself. I learnt everything on the job.

There is no management here, only 1 person is doing everything and scolding everybody for very small mistakes, people used to resign very frequently because of the bad behaviour of the manager and he used to always threaten the people by saying that he will fire you.
