The Culture is good, the management believes in giving freedom to head of departments and allow to work from home etc.They believe in getting the work done and don't care how you do it.Very friendly and engaging atmosphere.

Dislikes

The top management is pathetic.They are completely biased in employee approach.Work responsibility is not clearly bifurcated and they will hold you responsible for anything and everything.They fire and are unfair to the most sincerest employees who actually get work done and involve personel family and friends interfere in the course of business who do unfair practices and put company in trouble, yet the top management has a blind eye towards such people.The top managment does not agree on many grounds putting employees to trouble.They allure you to work for them saying you will get to grow but only their family and so called friends can grow and you will be a donkey working for them....Read More
