Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Tragen is a good company for learning but poor in culture basically it is a training centre Company management does not have experience to run non automotive business that is the reason company have not been grown while product has good margins upto 25-30%
