More than two year worked but no appraisal done, when it was done after two year 2 months that is not satisfactory, even company not allowed to serve the one months notice period, left with immediate effects.

Working in TPMGURU was a great experience. I worked there for 2.5 years and it's like a family. CEO Major Deepak Chandra Joshi is my mentor and i have learned a lot from him.
