Mr. Gupta is good and having in depth knowledge of their work. He is a bheeshma pitamah of trade measures. Since he started there was only him who handled almost all the trade investigation. But now he has given many other firms a chance to look at the opportunities arising out of this.

Dislikes

They should be more prone towards providing financial aid to the staff working with them. Timely bonus, salary, and other benefits should be provided without asking to top management. The way expectations are from the staff for completion of work on time. The management also needs to fu lfil expectations in a timely manner. In short in TPM you wil work more and pay less, but you will be treated like a family....Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
