Kindly don't join in Analysis team if you want growth and experience in career. You can see real-life nepotism here. Even school children behave matured when compared to seniors. You want to sacrifice your everything to complete work at the given time. They don't focus on your career growth. They treat like you are piece of waste. Worst work culture I have seen in my career. They use you for their work. Hire you in name of FEA Trainee or Engineer and only give you PPT and Excel works. They have three years bond for GET. In that period they give all sort of works which will not help you in your career and knowledge growth. They send you abroad for only one month or two to extend your bond. If you don't cooperate with their target times, you will be targetted. Even they can't complete the component with their target timing. Here you get appraisal like literally no appraisal.
