One word to describe "pathetic". Its full of politics, worst management, even one of the director is blacklisted by his previous employer because he started his company from (business & clients) from his previous employer and started his own company. They are simply dependent on HCL to through some pieces.

I was a management trainee, hired from campus recruitment however when i got in, i was asked to work in vendor management team, that the stupit. these guys think a computer science graduate will work in vendor management, finding partners and wasting their time in running behind people. The shock happened when with in few days of our joining we were not called in a company outing, why because we were new to the system.
