I was a management trainee, hired from campus recruitment however when i got in, i was asked to work in vendor management team, that the stupit. these guys think a computer science graduate will work in vendor management, finding partners and wasting their time in running behind people. The shock happened when with in few days of our joining we were not called in a company outing, why because we were new to the system. I don't know much about the company however i feel they did not have any HR policies and it was more like a jugad....Read More
