People are really good. Sometimes managers too. But opportunity to grow is less. They don't allow to grow.

Dislikes

No job security even if you do well. Anytime you should be ready to loose your job. That's ok in western countries. But in India it's truly ridiculous. Top management should understand this. OVERALL PEOPLE ARE GOOD..BUT THEY BECOME BAD WHEN TOP MANAGEMENT FORCING THEM TO EXECUTE SUCH DECISIONS.
