Tbh I wrote my honest review here. Be aware if you want to join torrent power limited!! There is nothing good about company, poor management, specially HR department, you won't get proper response, poor transport facilities, driver will shout on you if you ask vehicle for Company work, there is discrimination between office employees and plant employees, plant employees always have to suffer on small things, even though they can't provide proper tea, Technical employee always force to stay overtime in company to complete their work, there is no scope of work define for department therefore you have to do silly work that's too as a being engineer, manager just give you more pressure and pressure and will transfer their work to you, and they just doing timepass with their colleagues, Poor colony rules, Strick colony rules....Read More

Company has very bad policy of promotion There is already a line of people for promotion So if you are thinking of promotion based on performance it is waste of time Be in long line and you will be promoted to next level someday Company give all the service to staff and never be on your side if you are not a staff. There isn't any growth opportunities although being skillful and had caliber to achieve anything in right direction. Moral declining as less experience person getting opportunity to grow as the time progressing. Although worked for almost 14-15 years didn't seem to grow further and mentally frustrated as if I have ruined my career.
