As per the higher management, they have a very good set of policies which works directly in the favour of the employees. One of those policies are "Family First" and this is the thing i liked about the company the rests are haphazard.

Dislikes

The lower management is the culprits who impose policies from their pockets, Idk why they think they are the heroes there. Favoritism is one of the worst parts here, favour is given to those who don't work, does nothing all day long and the one who works very hard all day long is the one who is always being criticized. The salary isvery worse. Have to forcibly do duties on holidays and festivals. They are just going to suck everything out of you but are going to give pennies in return as a salary. Jo banda ghee Lagana Janta ho uske liye to ye company heaven hai guru. Creative banda ko to koi Kadar Karta Nahi hai. You will be 20x dull if you work there for more than one year. My advice, take experience and learn everything you can for a year or two and jump into some other place where you can leverage the things you learned. I was worked there approx 4.4 year and there over all experience was good. However as per career perspective, the grouth is slow related to Post and salary. Work culture is good.

Especially in the warehouse, there are hardly any visit from top management. The warehouse manager's attitude is very arrogant and egotistic. They think that they are gods and humiliate all the junior staff.

AM r pressurise sub employee for AM work. AM not work properly perticular of AM work. he is work done with sub employee or jr. employee and represent to upper level all work r completed him. As far as promotion is concern it is having very bad record you ll consider for promotion after 5yrs and if you are lucky you ll get it other wise it ll take 8-10 years.
