Very lovely culture and I think that everyone in India will be like to get in this company. The growth is very slow here but you can do jobat long time which is biggest pleasure in Nowadays in World and Environment is good.

Only leave easily available, no any other policy are good, working culture like miltetr school.

HR Policies only for documentation but not actually use for employee, I am also using whistle blower policy against my GM Mr. Sanjay roy but no any action taken by company, I give proper avidance and two times using whistle blower policy against personal harrasment by GM but not a single support by HR Team , I am surviving 6 to 8 month and I have total time spent in torrent 7 years final year I give increment only 4% due to using whistle blower policy using against my GM. Overall totally no support by Dahej HR team and corporate Har team both, also my exit form all are mentioned but I wish it's also change by HR team. If any person required documents I have one copy. As far as promotion is concern it is having very bad record you ll consider for promotion after 5yrs and if you are lucky you ll get it other wise it ll take 8-10 years.

Very less incentive structure vs heavy per man productivity/ROI is expected. Underpaid employees vis a vis efforts expected. Organisation don't believe in sharing profits/bonus with employees Inspite of good growth / profits Qtr on Qtr. Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.
