Work assignment policies. Poor alignment between departments. Weak operations and management. Post Covid, coffee breaks and breakfast times shortened so much that you have to literally run through floors to get it on time. Admin staff has created jail system for employees.

Good Work Environment, Supportive Senior staff, Great Job Security, Management is average, Company policy good but needs improvement. Insurance policy is good. Great work life balance. Good Traveling facilities

Increment is very less every year, if you are looking for financial growth I won't Suggest you this company. Food is below average at Indrad Plant. You'll only like it on Saturdays.

Torrent Pharmaceutical sikkim isn't suitable for working due to work culture, not listening staff's concern about any issues. Work culture isn't good for outsider of Sikkim- Specially for Gujaratis, Biharis & up's.

I was worked there approx 4.4 year and there over all experience was good. However as per career perspective, the grouth is slow related to Post and salary. Work culture is good.

Especially in the warehouse, there are hardly any visit from top management. The warehouse manager's attitude is very arrogant and egotistic. They think that they are gods and humiliate all the junior staff.

AM r pressurise sub employee for AM work. AM not work properly perticular of AM work. he is work done with sub employee or jr. employee and represent to upper level all work r completed him. Upper management not listen to sub employee. Salary r not sufficient to inflation. In the company salary structure r not observed or salary structure not revised past 10 years.
