As far as promotion is concern it is having very bad record you ll consider for promotion after 5yrs and if you are lucky you ll get it other wise it ll take 8-10 years.

I worked in Medical services department which is kind of medico-marketing in other companies and the team culture there was very negative. i wouldn't say toxic but yes very unpleasant and negative

Indore plant area not for Satisfactory work performance and manager not knowledge for job. responsibilities and Audit Related Compliance. And only Designation manager Qc department incharge bed behaviour.
