Company provides 2nd & 4th Saturday off and Uniform which saves cost of appeals.

Dislikes

Very less incentive structure vs heavy per man productivity/ROI is expected. Underpaid employees vis a vis efforts expected. Organisation don't believe in sharing profits/bonus with employees Inspite of good growth / profits Qtr on Qtr. Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.

1)Politics, favourism, criticism, no appreciation at all 2).There is no personal life at all...... 3) though you have 2nd and 4th saturday as a holiday , but there is always lots of work on sat and sunday.. 4) though there are guidelines to call employee between 8 morning to 9 night but superiors like AGM dont follow this 4)there isno difference in designation. BM also have to work like MR only..no practicle imporovement in MRs. .. . 5) There is no expense calucaltion you will get ... 6)Lots of confusion in HR guidelines and sales superior in working 7)appraisal on favorism 8)no career growth, infact people dont want to due to work and life inbalance. 9)they called you as a family, but you dont have entry in HO 10) no addition from vp in working he just came for criticised without any knoweldge 11) they falicilate you like they are giving ration...Read More
