Good company to work for if one is contended/satiesfied and dont have higher aspirations for growth or promotions.

Dislikes

Loads of unnecessary donkey work of administration and formats submission which is never ending even after office hours. Changing of priorities every now and then, due to unnecessary hierarchy created at top management each one tries to prove his/her importance and thereby increasing nuescence value for middle and bottom line employees.

Work Details

Hectic but manageable. One of the rare pharma companies who carries out team picnics every qtr and offs on 2nd 4th saturday.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
