Now a days they are also acquiring the out side culture. What I want to say is Sri UN Mehata sir has set some values and ethics and the same legacy is continued by Sri Sudhir Mehta and his brothr. In 3rd generation I am not finding any moral values and ethics.

AM r pressurise sub employee for AM work. AM not work properly perticular of AM work. he is work done with sub employee or jr. employee and represent to upper level all work r completed him. Upper management not listen to sub employee. Salary r not sufficient to inflation. In the company salary structure r not observed or salary structure not revised past 10 years. As far as promotion is concern it is having very bad record you ll consider for promotion after 5yrs and if you are lucky you ll get it other wise it ll take 8-10 years.
