As per the higher management, they have a very good set of policies which works directly in the favour of the employees. One of those policies are "Family First" and this is the thing i liked about the company the rests are haphazard.

The lower management is the culprits who impose policies from their pockets, Idk why they think they are the heroes there. Favoritism is one of the worst parts here, favour is given to those who don't work, does nothing all day long and the one who works very hard all day long is the one who is always being criticized. The salary isvery worse. Have to forcibly do duties on holidays and festivals. They are just going to suck everything out of you but are going to give pennies in return as a salary. Jo banda ghee Lagana Janta ho uske liye to ye company heaven hai guru. Creative banda ko to koi Kadar Karta Nahi hai. You will be 20x dull if you work there for more than one year. My advice, take experience and learn everything you can for a year or two and jump into some other place where you can leverage the things you learned.
