The company is open to innovations and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am part of the project that is in top of revenue is concern. The client is ready to expand to new markets in India, i get to travel a lot in india and also exposure of new market.Another plus point is that the ops team is every one if from the starting of the project which gives lot of confidence to the client also that we can do anything....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Internal politics is very high. For better appraisal and growth you don't need to work but you need to have a PR with you top official.

My work is slightly challenging as i Head operations Pan India basics but at the same time i also need to client servicing.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
