Salary deduction is a regular feature. No increment till date inspite of rise in turnover

Increment not done on time. Every year Management changes effective date of increment and 4-5 months increment is eaten up by them. This has become cultural and habit of Management. Directors and Works manager is very abusive.

One of the worst HR department I have seen in my career of 20 years. New HR manager is one of the worst lady I have come across. No knowledge and loads of attitude.
