There are many reasons for dissatisfaction, 1. The DGM HR acts as if he is the boss or king of the entire organization, which is very off-putting. 2. The Purchase manager is corrupt; he demands a personal share from every purchase order and doesn't introduce any new vendors. His attitude led to the company firing one seniors employee and another quitting. He believes he knows everything and that the entire organization runs because of him. horrible. if you join this co. you spoils your carrier. no growth, 9 hours working time. only two saturday off. basic only 6500.00 inr. selfish management. illegal work done there. Hr department is Dog of management. as per instructions of management they bite office staff. No job security. suddenly dismiss any person.
