The approach to work and getting things done is straightforward. The people are friendly and you can easily share your opinion and the point where you think it's the right way to approach certain project or problem.

Dislikes

Less communication with the internal team members leading to misunderstanding of task/project. Focusing on the responsibile team members rather than sharing the exact details. Asking team members to figure out on their own without proper validation of Implementing solutions.

All the staff is very good. Management is very cooperative and humble. Great learning opportunities. Company have a global clientbase.

I didn't find any cons which should be taken in serious consideration. Company is evolving day by day.
