They provide lunch for he staff. (Although it was stopped in between with an excuse to begin again after a week. But never happened in front of me).

Dislikes

I just would not count my experience there as a good one. The reason being work done by you is never appreciated. While I was promised a raise and permanency after 3 months probation I was told after 3 months that they will hire a Team Leader who would evaluate our work done so far and then only will decide whether to give me a raise or not. Weekly off only on Sunday which dis-balances your personal life, you would have to request for offs on Gazetted Holidays (except Diwali, Independence Day, Republic Day or Holi) and even if you are granted one salary will be deducted....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
