Dislikes

While my overall experience working here has been positive, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. The salary and benefits do not quite match the levels offered by other leading companies offer for cutting-edge technology professionals. Additionally, the promotion and appraisal processes were highly disappointing, even for those who put in significant effort and added substantial value to the product. 1. Sometimes employees get sandwiched in the decision making for the projects and requirement between Tieto Évry Architects and our client. 2. Some of the highly experienced employees are not aware of the concepts which cannot be supportive at times when needed help. When little experience employees help them, they won't even consider that as help and will not show case it that they received that help, which can be like a showoff 3. There isn't much I dislike about working at my company, as I truly enjoy the culture and the work environment. However, If I had to mention one area for improvement, I would be the pace of internal processes. At times, decision-making and approvals can take longer than expected, which can delay certain projects. That said, I understand this process are in place to ensure quality and accuracy, and I belive in the company is continuously working to make them more efficient. I believe there could be more focus on aligning compensation with the evolving market standards and the growing responsibilities associated with different roles. It gives you enough opportunity to learn new things and implement them. The company has true open-door policy where in you can ask question to CEO and CEO won't get hurt even if it's uncomfortable question. Most importantly you get reply back most of the time.
