People at manager level lack clarity and experience related to their domain/department. most of them internally switched departments so lack basics of their current domain, which hampers the productivity of people below them and reflecting lack of clarity, productivity and vision in the team.

Bad leadership. A few bad apples in Indian management is ruining the culture and making employees wanting to leave. Favouritism amongst the leaders. They are somewhat clueless as to how to drive a team and are involved in office politics and bragging how they have doen things in the past.

Upper management is terrible, purely bossy culture, tech voices are not heard in GBS india. Favouritism and politics at peak. Regionalism at peak, people hired from bad companies ruining the environment and office atmosphere. Low growth, low tech growth. HR is worst. Come here if you want to waste time and golden years of your career.
