TIAA is hiring - CTL Lead - Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps - Sr. Associate

• Experience - 8 to 12 years
• Location - Pune or Mumbai

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Implementation (30%)

• Design and maintain enterprise-scale cloud architecture solutions
• Create and document technical specifications and architecture diagrams
• Lead implementation of DevSecOps practices and cloud-native solutions
• Ensure proper authentication, access control, and security measures

Cross-functional Leadership (25%)

• Coordinate with stakeholders for process approvals and production deployments
• Lead cross-functional teams in solution delivery
• Manage resource allocation and budget planning
• Oversee CapEx planning and optimization

Technical Operations & Infrastructure (25%)

• Implement and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services
• Manage Linux-based systems and cloud-native products
• Oversee authentication systems and access control mechanisms
• Develop and maintain technical documentation

AI/ML Platform Support (20%)

• Provide technical leadership for LLM and Generative AI implementations
• Ensure efficient operation of AI/ML infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and triage production issues
• Optimize platform performance and resource utilization

Job Requirements And Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solutions design
• Strong expertise in AWS services and Terraform
• Proven experience with DevSecOps practices
• Advanced Linux administration skills
• Experience with LLMs and Generative AI platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
