Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS DevOps Lead to join our growing team. As the AWS DevOps Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing, scaling, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing AWS DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of the cloud systems.

Cloud Infrastructure Management :
- Oversee the deployment, scaling, and management of AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure optimal performance and high availability of services and applications across AWS.
Working with AWS Services :
- Utilize and manage AWS services including EC2, VPC, ECS, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling Groups, EBS, EFS, FSX, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and Transit Gateway to deliver robust cloud solutions.
Automation & Scripting :
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using scripting languages like Python, Shell, or Bash.
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
CI/CD Implementation :
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, using AWS native tools and third-party tools, to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment across environments.
Monitoring & Logging :
- Set up and manage AWS CloudWatch for comprehensive monitoring and logging of cloud resources.
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and resolve them to ensure uninterrupted service.
Cloud Security Management :
- Enforce and implement security best practices, including IAM policy management, encryption standards, vulnerability assessments, and compliance with relevant security frameworks.
Team Leadership :
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring high standards of performance and providing support in troubleshooting and optimization tasks.
- Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams.
Incident Response :
- Effectively respond to critical incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to ensure system stability and minimal downtime.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Proficiency in AWS : Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, VPC, ECS, Load Balancers, EBS, EFS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and more.
- AWS Certification : An active AWS Certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, or equivalent) is required.
- Scripting & Automation : Expertise in automating infrastructure management with scripting tools such as Python, Shell, Bash, or similar. Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet is a plus.
- Monitoring Tools : Expertise in using AWS CloudWatch for monitoring and logging, along with other tools such as Prometheus and Grafana for performance tracking and alerting.
- Security Expertise : Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM policies, encryption, access control, and best practices for securing cloud infrastructure.
- Leadership Experience : Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations to resolve complex issues.
- CI/CD & DevOps Tools : Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools for continuous integration and deployment.
